Supporting technology and design students who are close to leaving their studies because of money.

Young women studying software, AI, engineering and design, and students on technology teams.
How it works
Monthly support from October to May. Online applications; a scholarship committee selects, donors take no part.

Aim
Helping SMEs that want to join the defence and aerospace supply chain map their route in.

Manufacturing and software SMEs; quality, business development and management teams.
How it works
A 6-8 week programme on supplier registration, capability assessments, quality and information security standards, working with prime contractors and the basics of export control. Content is based on public regulations and procedures.
Connecting engineering students with companies in the sector.

University students and recent engineering graduates.

Career days, internship matching and mentoring. We explain in advance what working in the sector involves, such as security vetting and confidentiality rules.

Chief technology officer · Signal processing
Chief Technology Officer at Anayurt Teknoloji in Ankara. Since 2019 has led the company's digital signal processing team and R&D work, focusing on wireless communications and signal processing. Pursuing a PhD at Middle East Technical University (METU); previously a research and graduate assistant at Boğaziçi and Kadir Has universities. Once the association is founded, will lead its uncrewed systems, robotics and technology team work, and its education, supplier development and research programmes in defence, aerospace and security.
The association does not make or trade weapons, munitions or military equipment, and does not work with classified information or projects. Training is based on public information and regulations. Our programmes for children and secondary school students are entirely civilian.

How it works
Applications through an open call after founding; selected work is exhibited. The first step is the Art × AI Hackathon in July 2027; the work made there will be shown in a small exhibition.
